Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued in the form of Store Credit (e-Gift Card), redeemable at any time toward future purchases.

  • Store Credit is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Exchanges

  • Items may be exchanged for alternate sizes, colors, or other merchandise of equal or greater value.

  • If the new item exceeds the original purchase value, the difference may be settled at the time of exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For the comfort and safety of all clients, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or monogrammed items

  • Made-to-order or bespoke products

  • Intimates, swimwear, or earrings (where hygiene regulations apply)

  • Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase

Gifts

  • Merchandise received as a gift may be returned in exchange for Store Credit.

  • Refunds will not be issued to the original purchaser for gifted items.

Return Instructions

On the packing slip included with your order, please indicate the Reason Code for your return in the space provided beside each item. Kindly include this packing slip in your return package.

Processing & Store Credit

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be issued as Online Store Credit, redeemable exclusively at yourluxehaus.com.

  • If your new purchase exceeds the value of your Store Credit, the remaining balance may be settled using an additional payment method.

  • Store Credit is provided in U.S. Dollars and never expires.

SHIPPING | DELIVERY 

Please allow 3-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery. 

All orders are shipped via UPS. LUXE Haus is not responsible for packages once they are in the possession of the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We recommend filing an online claim with UPS  or contacting your local UPS Store for additional information on your delivery. You can also explore options UPS offers for the best resolution for your package by visiting their Support Center

You can track your order via the Shipment Notification E-mail(s), Order Confirmation Page or the Shop App

Most of our items fit true to size, and also most have stretch. There are items that may run slightly smaller or bigger than others. For items that may fit different, it will be shown in product description. If you believe you are in between sizes we suggest the next size up. Model is usually a size medium to large.
