Orders are processed 7 days a week where most orders will ship within same day up to 7 days shortly after your payment is authorized and verified.
Below are the following Domestic shipping and delivery options we offer:

Please expect a processing time of 2-3 business days for all orders.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.
We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by the courier. If your package does not arrive, please contact the courier directly and file a claim using your tracking number.
SAME DAY LOCAL DELIVERY
Same Day Local Delivery is only available in Los Angeles local area only; 15-mile radius from our Warehouse zip code. This service is powered by third-party courier.
Orders placed before 12pm PT will be delivered on the same day by 8pm PT. Orders placed after 12pm PT on Sunday-Thursday will be delivered by 4pm PT the following day; orders placed after 12pm PT on Friday and Saturday will be delivered by 8pm PT the following day.
By selecting "Same Day Local Delivery (Order by 12pm PT)" you agree to receive text messages and telephone calls regarding delivery of your order. Delivery updates will be sent by SMS or email; you will be notified once your order is en-route.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
You can track your order via the Shipment Notification E-mail(s), Order Confirmation Page or the Shop App
Please note that you may receive more than one Shipment Notification E-mail if item(s) from your order are shipping separately.
If tracking information on the shipping carrier page for your order is not showing activity/movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service.
