At LUXE Haus, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our merchandise. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Client Care team will gladly assist you with a return or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued in the form of Store Credit (e-Gift Card), redeemable at any time toward future purchases.

Store Credit is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Exchanges

Items may be exchanged for alternate sizes, colors, or other merchandise of equal or greater value.

If the new item exceeds the original purchase value, the difference may be settled at the time of exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For the comfort and safety of all clients, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Gifts

Merchandise received as a gift may be returned in exchange for Store Credit.

Return Instructions
On the packing slip included with your order, please indicate the Reason Code for your return in the space provided beside each item. Kindly include this packing slip in your return package.

If your new purchase exceeds the value of your Store Credit, the remaining balance may be settled using an additional payment method.
